1. Who We Are

This website belongs to Concept Building Systems (Pty) Ltd, a building contractor at 29A Concorde Crescent, Airport Industria, Cape Town, South Africa. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through it.

2. What We Collect and Why

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name and phone number, which are required so we can reply, and your email address, subject and message if you choose to add them. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, and for nothing else. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing.

To stop the contact form being misused, the website briefly checks your IP address. We don’t store it.

3. Cookies and Analytics

This website doesn’t use cookies. We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics from our hosting provider, to see which pages people view, where they leave, how many start the contact form, and how many tap to call, email or WhatsApp us. It stores nothing in your browser, doesn’t tell us who you are, and nothing you type into the contact form goes into it.

4. Where Your Enquiry Goes

The website doesn’t store your enquiry. It is sent straight to our inbox by email, so we can reply. The providers that host the website and deliver that email are based in the United States, so it passes through there, under their data-processing terms. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator, by email to POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za or through inforegulator.org.za.

The content on this website, including our name and logo, belongs to us. Descriptions of our services on this website are general information, not an offer. South African law applies.
